We were called out to replace a faulty landscape transformer and timer. After my evaluation the transformer is in fact bad and needs to be replaced. We were called out to the residence because the outside landscape lights are not coming on when they are suppose to. I'm recommending we install a new digital timer/transformer for these lights.

We installed a 40 amp circuit for the mini split.

We diagnosised the landscape lights and the outside kitchen gfci. I replaced the gfci and we need to replace 3 landscape lighting.

1- install a 125 amp sub panel. (Completed) 2. Run a 125 amp service entry cable 30'(Completed) 3. Install 2 circuits for the work station 4. Install 2 receptacles for the gym area. 5. Install 1 circuit for the office/bathroom. (Completed) 6. Install 2- 20 amp 240 volt circuits to the columns. 7. Install a 2- 50 amp 240 volt circuit next to the panel 8. Install a lighting circuit for 10 recessed lights on the eve of the building 9. Install 5 light switches and wiring for the customer supplied Lighting. 10. Install 3 outdoor weather proof receptacle Customer supplies 4ft lights.

We replaced a faulty timer that controls the boat dock lights.

We are installing e temporary pole with four gfi receptacle and a trailer hook up. Also replacing the disconnect switch for the water pump.

We are to install an outlet and a ceiling fan.

We are cleaning air handler and a drain flush.
