After diagnosing the issue, I determined that the A/C panel is only being fed with a #8 wire which is not big enough to handle everything on the ac panel. New dedicated circuits should be provided for the individual AC units. This estimate includes: - Run conduit from main electrical panel at garage UNDERGROUND through the front yard to the opposite side of the house to the AC equipment. - Run new individual circuits for both AC units from main panel. - Re-connect existing circuit for sprinkler pump. - Remove existing sub-panel by AC units and sprinkler pump and replace with individual disconnect switches. - Replace photo-cell on front entry fixture. - Replace GFCI receptacles and replace with new WP GFCI receptacles and plastic covers. *patching by others (if needed) by others.
