Dispatched to property to investigate partial power issue. Customer has garbage piled to the ceiling and dog / cat waste and urine all over floor. Disgusting odor, can't work in the house.

Dear customer. We’re here today to troubleshoot your power keeps going out and flickering. After getting access to main breaker in meter room to inspect it. We found out that the main breaker was burned out and the meter jaw were burned out as well. Beside the indoor panel has serious issues like double tapping, neutral wire is not hooked up correctly...and also found out the water heater is not hooked up correctly to power outlet which supposed to be hardwired. For your safety, we recommend: — Relace (1) 100A main breaker — Replace meter jaws — Hardwire water heater up to code ***Permit Will be included *** Thank you for choosing us and feel free to reach out for more information **********Jason - Kings Electric & AC**********

Dear customer. We’re here today to troubleshoot your power keeps going out and flickering. At the time of inspection, we couldn’t get access to main breaker in meter room to inspect it. We checked the indoor panel and found serious issues like double tapping, neutral wire is not hooked up correctly...and also found out the water heater is not hooked up correctly to power outlet which supposed to be hardwired. For your safety, we recommend: — Replace 100A indoor main lug panel — Hardwire water heater up to code — Request FPL to unlock meter panel cover to inspect main breaker and meter.
