We were called out to the house because the customer said that the heater was not working. When I started the unit the heater didn't come on. What I found was dead lizards behind the motherboard. We completed our first red carpet maintenance visit for this year.

We are replacing the existing receptacle with a new receptacle. We are also installing a box for the fan in the living room.

We were called out to the house because the customer believe the water heater didn't have power. I recommend they get the plumber who installed the water heater to check it out.

We had to backfill with concrete after installing the conduit for the pool light. This part of the job is from a previous invoice.

We completed our red carpet maintenance visit for this summer. I had replaced the filter and batteries for the thermostat. The unit is running great.

I replaced the faulty circuit breaker.

I had to relocate the pool light switch from the side of the house to the previous location next to the back door. This is a call back from our previous invoice.

We were call out to give an estimate to install the electric for the new pool equipment. We will be providing a 60 amp disconnect 4/8 circuits, for the pump and a gfci protected switch for the pool light. Do to the conditions of the old pool light conduit, we need to install a new conduit from the existing junction box next to the pool to the new disconnect location at the side of the house. In order to install the conduit to the light, the concrete will need to be cut (by us). The equipment disconnect will be fed from the existing main panel approximately 20 ft away. The 1 inch conduit will be ran on the surface of the wall along the eve of the house. From the disconnect we will wire the new pool pump and install a conduit to the pool light underground after the concrete is cut. We were called out to the restaurant because one of the ac units is not cooling. I 1st checked for 24 V at the unit above the ceiling, that's when I found the drain Pan completely full. I then proceeded to clear out the drain pan in order to get 24 volts to the compressor on the roof. I then proceeded to diagnose the unit on the roof. I found a loose connection in the kitchen outlet. I notice the house has aluminum wire so I'm recommending alumi-con be installed in the house.

We were called out because the basement had filled with water and shorted out the circuit. I'm separating the basement from the main house. I'm also installing an additional outlet for an outside TV.

I gave two options to repairthe pool equipment. I also recommend a pool guy come out and inspect the pumps.

We replaced the light fixture in the living room.

We need to diagnose the problem with the existing landscape lights. There was a new transformer installed and the lights still are not working.

After I left on Friday the the garage door wouldn't open. Today I found a breaker in the off position. This took care of the problem. Warranty

I'm recommending a whole home surge arrester to help protect my electronics in the house. I also believe the landscape transformer needs replacing.

After my evaluation I found a bad dimmer and a bad landscape lights transformer. I'm also recommending a whole house surge arrester.

We completed another red carpet maintenance visit. We checked The ac unit and the condensate pump. I found no issues at this time.

Supply and install generator interlock kit and wiring to connect customer supplied portable generator to Panel “A” at the exterior of the house. New 50-amp, 240-volt power outlet to be provided adjacent to the exterior main breaker panel “A”. A 50-amp circuit breaker will be installed installed at the panel to connect the generator power outlet. Relocate two (2) interior circuits from panel “B” to the adjacent panel “A” at the second floor panel location.

Estimate

In order to clean the air handlers fan we will need to pull it out lit out and clean it outside. Also during our maintenance I noticed the Inline refrigerant dryer is showing signs of rust And should be replaced soon before a leak start.

We completed our 1st AC maintenance of the year. I had found a few minor issues with the unit. I also gave options for the homeowner to decide what they want to do. 1. The blower fan and the air hammer needs to be removed in order to be properly cleaned. 2. The refrigerant dryer may need to be replaced because it's showing signs of rust. This is one of the number 1 locations for Refrigerant leaks.

We had to repair a loose wire in the bathroom light. The kitchen light requires new T-12 4ft lamps.
