Clean coil in place in order to stabilize refrigerant pressures. This will allow for proper airflow and heat transfer to occur. This will aid in maintaining A/C system in proper working condition thus extending life expectancy of A/C system. Once evaporator coil is clean and pressures can be properly evaluated we can then determine if further damage has been caused by this condition.

Upon arrival CU is operational. AHU is not working. Upon evaluating electrical components it is determined that the blower motor is grounded and the the control board is hot has burn areas. Recommend replacing the blower motor and the control board.
