Supply and install one (2) whole house dehumidifier systems installed in the AC closet under the air handler units. Install condensate drain pipe and connect into the existing drain system of air handler. Provide safety drip pan with water safety switch. Provide low voltage wiring between the existing air handler and the dehumidifier. Provide 120-volt power source for the dehumidifiers (by others). Provide a remote wall mounted "remote control " on the wall adjacent to the AC to control the system. Includes our “Red Carpet” one year maintenance program on each system.

Provide a 50-amp, 240-volt dedicated power outlet and panel interlock device for customer supplied portable generator.

Upon my investigation, I discovered the following: - Garage lights: some sockets are bad, certian light bulbs might turn off. Automatic in-wall light switch I has been reset. If it continues to not work, it will need to be replaced. Fan light bulb in master bedroom: There is (2) 4W LED bulbs. Lights are fine but if customer wants brighter, he would need to purchase bulbs with higher watts. Daughters room: My meter shows correct voltage. Supply and install condensate pump on air handler in garage. AC is constantly having issues with drainage

Ac Unit drain line needs a condensate pump to help push water down drain line. Drain line in garage was changed by us. Drain line in laundry room has not. Drain line goes through multiple walls and studs.
