I completed the red carpet maintenance visit for this winter. During my visit to the house. I spoke with Mrs. Tillery and she had some concerns about the air quality in the house. I explained to her that there were a few options that we can offer.

We were called out to the house because 2 of the landscape lights isn't working. We were also asked to replace the mr16 bulbs in 6 of the landscape lights next to the palm trees.

We are replacing a customer supplied chandelier in the foyer area. We are also adding a chandelier to the family room with new electric.

We were called out to the house because the breaker for the septic is tripping. The septic company said the circuit needs to be 20 Amps and we have a 15 amp circuit now. We need to install a 20 amp gfci circuit for the septic.

We were called out to the house to do a red carpet maintenance. The 5 ton unit was installed in 2002 and is still performing but I'm recommending we replace the unit before next summer. The compressor is also drawing a little more power then the factory sticker recommends. The compressor is also lauder than it should be This is a sign of stress and possible compressor failure.

We were called out to the house because the gfci keeps tripping. I found water in all of the extensions cords. I recommend purchasing weather proof covers for the extension cord.

We were called out to the residence to install a customer supply chandelier in the formal dining area. I relocated the existing dining room Light fixture to the back of the house, Where there's another dining room table. After I hung the light in the back dining room in an existing location, the Customer didn't like the location and ask me to relocate it to the center of the room.

We were call out to the residence, because the water heater requires service. The customer thought it may be an electrical problem. The water is a gas water heater and does not require electrical. She is not interested in converting to an electric water heater. She is a red carpet member so the Dispatch is waved.

We were called out because the ac unit is not cooling at times. After my evaluation, I determined that the fan Motor outside is not rotating fast enough. (45/5 existing capacitor required) It is my recommendation That we replace this fan motor before it completely gives up.

I inspected the upstairs exhaust fan and found condensation due to the short vent. I'm recommending we install a better vent. While I was on site I diagnosed a faulty smart switch for the front lights. They need to replaced.

The homeowner would like two additional weather proof receptacles Added to the existing power behind the spa. One of the receptacles will be approximately 15 feet from the J-box to the house wall, and the other will be approximately 10 feet from the J-box to the fence. The conduit for these receptacles will need to be buried in the ground. We are also installing a new sub panel in the deck area of the pool. We are using the existing 50 amp circuit. We were originally called out to relocate the lightswitch for the attic light. Today we are replacing the 2 light fixtures in the attic.

We were called out to the house because the lights in the kitchen and master bathroom flicker. I inspected all necessary switches in those areas. I found the kitchen lights were flickering due to a faulty dimmer. Once, I made that discovery, The lights were no longer flickering.
