We completed our 1st red carpet maintenance visit. I did have to seel some of the seems of the plenum. I also had to adjust the freon.

I came back to the check the unit Two weeks after the installation and I did find a couple of leaks in the plenum. I had to peace in some duct for the return. The freon levels are good. The unit is running great

We were called out to the house because multiple lights and switches are faulty, you also explained to me that the pool timer needs replacement. We are replacing 1. 2 ressed light bulbs 2. We were called out to give a quote on the pool light replacement. All equipment is supplied by the owner. We will have to remove the old pool lights in order to install the new led pool lights. We were called out to the house to give an estimate on installing a new 2.5ton ac unit. The old unit is in the attic approximately ten feet from the attic entrance

We completed our second red carpet maintenance visit for this year. We have a couple of concerns and solutions. While I was servicing the air handler I noticed that the plenum shows sign of leaking air. This causes excessive moisture and leads to growth. We are recommending we seel the plenum with new tape and mastic. I also notice that the coil needs cleaning also. Cleaning the coil help with the efficiency of the unit and the air quality in the house.

Additional work 1/31/23 1. Timer switch 2.Under counter lights 3.change receptacle on island. 4. Disconnect and reconnect island in the kitchen. 5.replace 1st floor bath exhaust fan. 6.Replace 2 fixtures in the kitchen. Additional May 5, 2023. Add tv receptacle in the guest bedroom

We were called out because the gas company cut the wire for the window shades.

We added a receptacle for the tv in the living room. I also left a wip for the fire place.

We are replacing all of the outlets and switches in the house. We are also removing the sconces lights in the hallway for the painters and reinstalling them once the wall is painted. Deposit $2,000 2nd installment $2,000 Final after paint $412.83

I completed our first red carpet visit. The electronic float switch is not functioning properly and should be replace.

**Warranty **missed a few covers from my previous visit. I installed the 2 covers behind the bed and behind the dresser. I explained the the outlet behind the bed is controlled by the light switch in the room.

I replaced a receptacle that had a black mark on it and recommending we replace all receptacles.

We were called out to repair the kitchen counter receptacles. I found a loose wire in both of the receptacles. I recommend replacing these receptacles with gfci receptacles. I'm also recommending we inspected the rest of the

We were called out to the residence to give a quote on a bathroom Remodel. This bath needs a 15 amp circuit and a 20 amp circuit. 3 switches to be installed by the entrance of the bathroom, an exhaust fan, Two wall sconces next to the picture frame mirror and one fixture above the tub. We will also need to install one gfci receptacle on each side of the vanity. No patch and paint.

We inspected the gfci circuit. I found a loose wire.

We are replacing the under cabinet lights and the switch.

We need to replace the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. We also need to install a gfci breaker for the washing machine.

I found a bad receiver in the upstairs ceiling fan and the garbage disposal was unplugged. All gfci circuits are functioning properly.

After a full diagnosis of the units I found 1 faulty GFI in the kitchen downstairs. No issues upstairs.

This circuit that was tripping is the circuit we installed back in June of 2022. I did a complete inspection of the circuit and the only thing I could fault is the breaker. So under warranty I replaced the breaker that I installed in june 2022

We are replacing an interior 100a FPE panel with a 125a GE or Homeline. No patch or pail.
